    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the ThermalReports platform (thermalreports.com and app.thermalreports.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, do not use the platform.

    2. Description of Service

    ThermalReports is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for:


  1. Managing thermal inspections in the field.
  2. Registering clients, facilities, equipment and inspection points.
  3. Uploading and analyzing thermal images (FLIR, HIKMICRO and other cameras).
  4. Automatic generation of technical reports in PDF format.
  5. Sharing reports via QR code.
  6. Viewing assets on georeferenced maps and interactive floor plans.

    7. 3. Eligibility

    To use ThermalReports, you must:


  7. Be at least 18 years old.
  8. Be a professional or company working in thermal inspections, predictive maintenance or related fields.
  9. Provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration.

    10. 4. User Account

  10. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials (email and password).
  11. You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.
  12. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at privacy@thermalreports.com.
  13. Do not share your credentials with third parties.

    14. 5. Intellectual Property

  14. User content: thermal photographs, inspection data and reports generated by you belong to you. You grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the service.
  15. Platform: the software, design, source code, brand and technology of ThermalReports are the exclusive property of ThermalReports and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

    16. 6. Acceptable Use

    By using the platform, you agree NOT to:


  16. Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software.
  17. Perform scraping, crawling or automated data extraction.
  18. Use the API abusively or beyond your plan limits.
  19. Access or attempt to access other users' data.
  20. Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  21. Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

    22. 7. Limitation of Liability

  22. The ThermalReports platform assists in generating thermographic reports, but the technical responsibility for the content of the reports lies with the professional who signs them.
  23. ThermalReports is not responsible for technical decisions made based on data or reports generated on the platform.
  24. The service is provided "as-is", without express or implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
  25. In no event shall ThermalReports be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

    26. 8. Availability

  26. We strive to keep the platform available 24/7, but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
  27. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
  28. We are not responsible for downtime caused by external factors (Internet, third-party servers, etc.).

    29. 9. Cancellation

  29. You may delete your account at any time through the platform settings or by contacting privacy@thermalreports.com.
  30. After cancellation, your data remains available for export for 30 days.
  31. After that period, data is permanently removed from our servers.

    32. 10. Changes to Terms

  32. We may update these Terms of Service periodically.
  33. Significant changes will be communicated by email or platform notice with 30 days advance notice.
  34. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

    35. 11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  35. These terms are governed by Brazilian law.
  36. The jurisdiction of Recife/PE, Brazil is elected to resolve any disputes.
  37. For international clients, disputes may be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
